Environment & Sustainability

Our experts lead detailed analysis and corresponding stakeholder discussions on noise topics, calculating noise contours around the airport or propose and test solutions for effective mitigation of noise from ground and air operations. We follow industry recommended practices as well as develop and utilise our own set of noise assessment tools, such as ICAO’s Balanced Approach to noise reduction.

Our expertise in local air quality assessment, and the impact of innovative mitigation strategies, ensure airport and other aviation stakeholders understand how to improve local air quality. By looking into the key contributing factors we propose, test and implement various emissions reduction strategies including increase in SAF uptake, reduced engine taxiing or the adoption of taxibot operations. Our consultants have decades of experience with the Airport Carbon Accreditation programme and have delivered over 30 verifications across 6 continents.
