Terminal design services range from the masterplanning of entirely new greenfield airports, to the phased redevelopment of mature and congested brownfield sites. We also offer planning and architectural services for concept designs of terminal and operational facilities. We use state-of-the-art simulation tools to assist our clients with developing plans, validating expected performance and assessing capacity improvements.

We offer traffic forecasting services to inform planning and operational decisions. We provide short- and long-term forecasts, through a combined bottom-up top-down approach. Our top-down approach relies on data driven macro-economic analysis, catchment area insights, and econometric modelling; while our bottom-up approach evaluates airline strategies, competition, and network expansion. This ensures tailored forecasts for infrastructure development and capacity planning in both unconstrained and constrained scenarios.
