17 Oct To70 to present in ICAO A-CDM workshop in Sao Paulo

Senior To70 aviation consultant Eugène Tuinstra will present in the ICAO Workshop in Guarulhos International Airport, 19-21 October in São Paulo, Brazil. The presentation will be about Airport Collaborative Decision Making (CDM) connection to Air Traffic Flow Management.

ICAO is promoting Airport CDM in South America. Aim of the workshop is to inform local stakeholders about the benefits of Airport CDM. ICAO has requested To70 Brazil to provide input for the workshop.

Eugène Tuinstra is currently project leader for connection of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol into the Eurocontrol Network Manager (NMOC), and a former Eurocontrol HQ contractor in the Airport CDM team. To70 Blogs on Airport CDM can be found on the To70 website. To70 Brazil is based in Sao Paulo.
